You write what happened. ArcMind IQ tells you what it means.
The intelligence layer your career has always needed.
What the record changes
Career value lives in other people's memory. It compresses. It degrades. It gets attributed to whoever was most visible, most recent, most advocated for. The person who did the work is not always the person the room remembers.
ArcMind IQ is the record that does not depend on anyone else's memory. You write what happened. The system reads it, responds to it, and builds an intelligence layer over time that no other system can reconstruct.
How it works
You capture what happened, in writing or by voice. ArcMind IQ reads it and returns one observation, specific to what you wrote. It might name a gap: the outcome is missing, or the scope is unclear. It might name a pattern across your last six entries. It might tell you this is the strongest evidence of leadership you have captured. One observation, earned by what you actually wrote.
Attach a document, a piece of feedback, a project brief. The system reads what is evidentially useful and surfaces it for your record. The more context the record holds, the more the intelligence can see. What starts as a gap observation becomes a pattern. What becomes a pattern becomes a trajectory. The more the record holds, the more precisely the intelligence reads it.
The record is yours. Portable, permanent, and entirely independent of any employer's system.
An entry, observed
The first observation appears immediately. As the record grows, the intelligence reads deeper.
Led the kickoff for the Q2 planning initiative. Facilitated three cross-functional workshops and got stakeholders aligned on priorities. Identified a reporting gap that had been causing delays and proposed a new approach to the team.

The work is here. The outcome is not.
The workshops and the reporting gap proposal are both consequential. The entry does not say what the workshops produced, whether the proposal was accepted, or what changes because of it. Without that, the record shows activity. It does not yet show outcome. What did the three workshops decide, and who is now responsible for acting on it?
Presented the Q2 plan to leadership and got full sign-off. The reporting dashboard is live across four teams. Weekly reporting time is down by around six hours per cycle. Two senior leaders said the clarity of the recommendations made the decision straightforward. Started weekly sessions with a junior team member on stakeholder communication.

The same pattern runs through every entry.
Across four entries, the same thread appears: a gap in how a team is working, and a specific intervention that addressed it. The reporting gap. The dashboard four teams now use. The decision clarity two senior leaders named. That pattern does not appear in your stated objectives. What shows up most in this record is not delivery. It is the work that makes other people's delivery possible. That distinction matters in any conversation where your contribution is being assessed. Which of those interventions would you want attributed to you accurately?
One entry names a gap. Four entries name a pattern. The intelligence grows with the record.
The record is yours. Not your employer's. Not your manager's. Yours. It moves with you.
The intelligence is present from entry one. It does not require a subscription to start working.
The more you write, the more the system sees. Patterns emerge that no single entry could show. The intelligence deepens because the record does.
